Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026 · Version 2026-09-18 · LEVAL Operations LLC
1. Who we are
LEVAL OS is operated by LEVAL Operations LLC ("LEVAL", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of LEVAL OS. By creating an account, subscribing, or using LEVAL OS you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. What LEVAL OS is
LEVAL OS is software-as-a-service for service businesses. It helps a subscribing business manage its own customers, jobs, scheduling, employees, equipment, estimates, invoices, payments, documents and field activity. LEVAL provides software only.
LEVAL does not perform service work. We are not the contractor and are not a party to any agreement between a subscribing business and its customers. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and all other work is performed solely by the subscribing business, which is responsible for licensing, permits, workmanship, warranties, pricing and disputes with its own customers.
3. Accounts and organization users
A subscribing business ("Organization") has an owner account and may invite additional users such as office administrators, dispatchers, technicians and bookkeepers. Each person must use their own individual login. Invited users do not require separate subscriptions.
- You are responsible for all activity under your Organization's accounts.
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share logins between people.
- Owners and administrators may add, change roles for, deactivate, or remove users at any time.
- Notify us promptly at levaloperations@gmail.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Subscription and pricing
LEVAL OS costs $99 per month per company. One subscription covers the company workspace and all invited users. There is no free trial: the first $99 is charged when the subscription begins at checkout.
The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. By completing checkout you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Prices may change in the future. We will give notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
5. Billing, payment processing and failed payments
Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. LEVAL does not store your full card details. If a payment fails, the subscription may be marked past due and we may retry the charge. If the balance remains unpaid, access may be suspended and the subscription may be canceled.
Money that your business collects from your own customers through LEVAL OS is separate from LEVAL's subscription fee. Customer payments belong to your business and settle through your own connected payment account.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, or through the billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that period.
We record cancellation requests and effective dates so that billing records are accurate for both sides.
7. Refund policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun. You are paying for access to the software for that period. Refunds are not ordinarily provided because you changed your mind, stopped using LEVAL OS, used it only partially, no longer need it, switched providers, forgot to cancel before a renewal, or had a change in business circumstances.
We will correct billing problems that are our responsibility, including:
- Duplicate charges.
- Charges in an incorrect amount or applied to the wrong account.
- Charges taken after a properly completed cancellation should have taken effect.
- Other material billing errors attributable to LEVAL.
- Refunds required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. To raise a billing issue, email levaloperations@gmail.com with your Organization name and the charge date; please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve it directly.
8. Your data and your customers' data
Your Organization owns the information it enters into LEVAL OS, including customer records, job records, service addresses, estimates, invoices, payment records, documents, photos and technician reports. We process that information to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you upload, for its accuracy, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and industry.
9. Employee, technician and location information
LEVAL OS includes event-based location capture. When a technician's device permits it, location may be recorded at specific work events such as starting the workday, arriving at a job, completing a job or visit, and ending the workday.
- LEVAL does not continuously track technicians and does not follow a device between events.
- A captured event records the device location at that moment only; it does not prove someone remained at a location.
- If location permission is denied or unavailable, LEVAL records that status instead of estimated coordinates.
- Location records are visible to the Organization's owner and authorized office users, not to other Organizations.
The Organization is the employer. You are responsible for using location, timekeeping and field-report features lawfully, including giving your workforce any notice and obtaining any consent required where you operate.
10. Third-party services
LEVAL OS relies on third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, payment processing, and email delivery. Where an Organization enables them, LEVAL OS can also connect to optional third-party services such as customer financing providers and accounting tools. Those services operate under their own terms, and we do not control their decisions.
Financing features are provided by third-party financing providers. LEVAL is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not collect Social Security numbers, credit scores, income details or bank credentials for financing. A financing feature is only live for your Organization once you have your own agreement with the provider and the connection is configured.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not use LEVAL OS for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to access another Organization's data or bypass security or access controls.
- Do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to upload.
- Do not resell or provide access to LEVAL OS as your own product without our written agreement.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful messages to consumers.
12. Service availability and support
We work to keep LEVAL OS available and reliable, but the service is provided on an ongoing best-effort basis. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Support is provided by email at levaloperations@gmail.com.
13. Intellectual property
LEVAL retains all rights in LEVAL OS, including its software, design, structure and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights in the content and data your Organization enters. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for a breach of these Terms, for activity that threatens the security or integrity of the service, or where required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem. You may stop using LEVAL OS and cancel at any time.
15. Data after cancellation
After cancellation, your Organization's data is retained for a limited period so you can resubscribe or request an export, and is then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course, except where we must keep records for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Export your records before you cancel if you need them, or email us and we will help while the data is still retained.
16. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, LEVAL OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. LEVAL does not warrant that the service will meet every business requirement, that stored location or timekeeping records are sufficient evidence for any particular purpose, or that third-party services will remain available.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to LEVAL OS is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
18. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify LEVAL against claims arising from your use of LEVAL OS, the work your business performs, the information your Organization enters, and your obligations to your own customers and workforce.
19. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date appear at the top of this page. For material changes we will provide notice — by email, in the application, or by asking for renewed agreement — before the change applies to you. Continuing to use LEVAL OS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
